  • 40 medium peeled shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • chili powder
  • cumin
  • black pepper
  • 6 small to medium flour tortillas
  • cotija cheese
  • 15 grape tomatoes
  • container fresh spring mix
  • tomatillo avocado salsa

Vegan Tacos

  • 1 large sweet potato peeled
  • 3 cobs fresh organic corn
  • 1 can organic black beans
  • 1 jalapeño
  • fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • corn tortillas
  • salt & pepper (if necessary)

  • 1 jar tomatillo salsa
