Shrimp Tacos
quick, simple, and perfect for any occasion
- 40 medium peeled shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
- chili powder
- cumin
- black pepper
- 6 small to medium flour tortillas
- cotija cheese
- 15 grape tomatoes
- container fresh spring mix
- tomatillo avocado salsa

Vegan Tacos
If you thought you couldn’t cook, you can now. Filling, simple, & delicious
vegan, dairy, & gluten free
- 1 large sweet potato peeled
- 3 cobs fresh organic corn
- 1 can organic black beans
- 1 jalapeño
- fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- corn tortillas
- salt & pepper (if necessary)
- chili powder
- 1 jar tomatillo salsa

Eggplant Parmesan

- 1 pkg mozzarella shredded
- 2 tsp salt
